In the last 4 years we have successfully delivered quality by supporting projects, troubleshooting, training and consulting during pre-sales phases. What does Quality in IT mean to you?
For us quality in IT and Consulting means building long-lasting partnerships with the goal of constant improvement as the basis for reaching the necessary level of quality to satisfy customers and their employees in today's demanding IT-landscape. We believe in sharing information, knowledge and experience to help improve business processes on a global scale! Quality does not only mean giving good advice, but also implementing advice or any other given strategy. Finding new and innovative solutions, or analyzing existing solutions and building on them by removing pain-points and putting emphasis on the success factors is part of daily work. Improving quality is not just reducing errors, but also correcting errors that were inevitable.
